Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We offer next day delivery on orders placed before 5pm (Mon-Fri). Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Currently, we only deliver to UK mainland addresses. We’re working on expanding our delivery options to include international shipping in the future.

Our courier will attempt to deliver to a safe place or leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Yes, we offer wholesale trade accounts for gyms, retailers, and fitness professionals. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and sealed products. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.
Yes, you can exchange items for a different size, flavour, or product. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.

Products & Stock

Are your products genuine?
Absolutely! We are authorised distributors for all the brands we stock. Every product is sourced directly from manufacturers or official distributors.
Stock availability is shown on each product page. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications when it becomes available.

Yes, all our products have a minimum of 6 months until expiry when dispatched. Expiry dates are clearly marked on all products.

Account & Support

How do I create an account?

Click on ‘Sign In / Register’ at the top of the page and follow the registration process. You’ll need to provide your email address and create a password.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After this, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes. Please contact us immediately if needed.
